Your experience is your advantage! It out-competes everything else. You can’t “learn” experience. What you can do is bring this experience to a specialist learning programme that targets the specific needs of the over 50s. We have researched what these relevant skills are and how the over 50 cohort prefers to learn. On the basis of our own learnings, we have devised a brand new programme specifically for the 50+ group in NZ.  It’s not one of the many previous programmes used for younger people and rolled out with a few tweaks.
